Design AI solutions at Superside by combining customer discovery, solution architecture, and hands-on agentic software development. Partner with sales teams before deals close.
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will uncover client problems, determine technical possibilities, and shape solutions using creative services, AI systems, or both. You will report to the Head of FDE and work with Account Executives, Account Managers, engineering, Product, and AI Deployment Strategists.
Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery calls to uncover clients’ underlying business problems
Design, scope, price, and write proposals for systems deals
Complete systems reviews before engineers receive assignments




Hand sold work to AI Deployment Strategists with transparent briefs
Support larger enterprise accounts after deals close
Requirements: Three or more years in client-facing technical work
Strong consultative selling skills and customer empathy
Hands-on experience building agentic software workflows
Ability to map tools to customer problems
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
