This Maintenance Manager role oversees mechanical and electrical maintenance in an established manufacturing operation. The position focuses on preventative and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and proactive performance. It also supports CMMS optimization, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and mentor mechanical and electrical maintenance staff
Strengthen preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance performance




Implement and optimize CMMS planning and scheduling processes
Support equipment upgrades and facility modernization projects
Requirements: Seven-plus years of industrial maintenance experience
Manufacturing or processing environment experience
Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
Solid mechanical or electrical troubleshooting capabilities
Red Seal Millwright or Electrician strongly preferred
