As a Senior Java Developer at Vice President level, you will build secure, highly available technology for risk-sensitive financial platforms. The position combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, mentoring, and engineering standard-setting. You will work across Core Java, JVM memory management, distributed systems, databases, and DevOps tooling while supporting modernization.
Key Responsibilities: Build high-performance Credit Risk and Capital Markets systems
Ensure security, scalability, resilience, and compliance
Integrate emerging and AI-assisted development technologies




Collaborate with globally distributed delivery teams
Develop mid-level and junior engineers
Requirements: Six or more years in application development or systems analysis
Core Java, JVM, concurrency, and performance tuning expertise
Microservices re-engineering and container deployment experience
Relational and NoSQL database experience
Computer Science, Engineering, STEM degree, or equivalent experience
