Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end enterprise application design and development
Architect REST, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and API Gateway integrations
Implement loan and leasing technology solutions
Guide teams of five to fifteen developers
Resolve production issues and establish engineering practices
Requirements: Strong lending and leasing domain expertise
Hands-on Java 8, 11, or 17+ experience
Solid Spring Boot and Spring Framework expertise
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Technical leadership and solution architecture capability
