As Director, Business Development, Asset Servicing, you will create and execute strategies that take RBC Investor Services products to market. Your focus is new client acquisition across institutional investors, asset managers, and financial intermediaries. You will develop innovative offerings with product, technology, and strategy owners, then manage long sales cycles through client meetings, consultant engagement, RFIs, RFPs, and proposals. The role calls for deep industry knowledge, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to convert product and technology vision into actionable programs.
Key Responsibilities: Identify current asset servicing sales opportunities and acquisition targets
Create strategies for products, clients,



and complex opportunities
Develop creative products with RBCIS business partners
Oversee delivery of RFIs, RFPs, and proposals
Engage consultants supporting complex long sales cycle deals
Requirements: 10+ years within financial services or asset servicing
Strong new client acquisition and business development orientation
Extensive product and technology strategy translation experience
Strategic, entrepreneurial, innovative, and creative mindset
Self-motivated approach to business development responsibilities
Use industry knowledge, proposal leadership, and client acquisition expertise to develop RBC Investor Services asset servicing revenue.
