Procon Mining and Tunnelling is seeking experienced operators for its Northern BC project. Candidates should understand underground mine environments, operate Robolters, and install ground support. Recognizing poor ground conditions is also central to the stated qualifications. Jumbo and MacLean bolter experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Perform Robolter operations on the Northern BC project
Support underground ground support installation activities
Recognize poor ground conditions during mining work
Operate Jumbo or MacLean bolters where applicable
Requirements: At least five years of full time underground mine experience
Two-plus years of Robolter operating experience preferred
Ground support installation experience
Experience with additional underground equipment is an asset
Physical capacity to repeatedly carry and lift 50 pounds
Use underground mining, bolter operation, and ground support experience as a Robolter Operator near Terrace, British Columbia.
