Reporting to the Regional People Director, you will advise leaders across organization design, workforce planning, talent, succession, engagement, retention, culture, and change. You will activate People programs, guide calendar activities, and translate business priorities into practical actions supporting performance and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities: Build trusted relationships with business leaders and leadership teams
Translate priorities into focused people actions and advice
Partner on organization design and workforce planning
Facilitate talent mapping, succession, and leadership effectiveness discussions




Analyze workforce data and recommend commercially informed responses
Requirements: Significant People Partner or Human Resources Business Partner experience
Experience supporting organization, workforce, talent, engagement, and change priorities
Solid commercial acumen and analytical capability
Ability to influence leaders without direct authority
Post-secondary degree; CHRL or CPHR preferred
Bring strategic partnering, workforce analytics, and leadership coaching expertise to SLR’s North American people agenda from Canada.
