As Manager, Operational Excellence, you will implement continuous improvement principles and proven best practices. You will improve workplace organization, material flow, value streams, throughput, materials control, and customer service. The work supports employees and managers in surfacing and solving process problems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead process improvement workshops and Kaizen events
Develop and promote continuous improvement initiatives
Drive cost reduction and efficiency efforts
Provide scorecard reporting on progress and outcomes




Facilitate process improvements with staff and management
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management
Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related certification
Ten years’ manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience
Five years’ Lean, Six Sigma, or improvement engineering experience
Solid project management and communication skills
