As Product Manager, reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will own a defined Passkey roadmap area and related KPIs. You will combine customer conversations, usage analytics, support data, and prototypes to shape priorities. Your work supports room-block management for planners, attendees, and hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities: Own Passkey roadmap areas and monitor defined KPIs
Conduct customer interviews and continuous product discovery
Prioritize backlogs, plan sprints, and support delivery
Coordinate Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Marketing




Evaluate AI features and hotel-system integrations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and three-plus years product management experience
B2B SaaS, hospitality, or PMS/CRS integration experience
Data fluency with dashboards, analytics, and quantitative concepts
Experience prototyping with AI tools and evaluating output quality
Agile development knowledge and transparent communication skills
Own measurable Passkey product outcomes by combining customer insight, data fluency, AI evaluation, and integration expertise.
