As a Senior Genesys Cloud PS Consultant, you will support enterprise clients evaluating, designing, and validating AI-powered solutions. The work combines business consulting, platform expertise, and technical validation across knowledge management, agent assistance, virtual agents, and interaction summarization. You will translate requirements into practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery workshops with business and contact center stakeholders
Assess Genesys Cloud AI capabilities and platform limitations
Design AI-powered contact center solutions and prototypes
Configure, test,



and validate Genesys Cloud features
Present solution findings, risks, and recommendations
Requirements: Seven or more years in enterprise technology or solution consulting
Hands-on Genesys Cloud CX configuration and implementation experience
Practical experience with Genesys Cloud AI capabilities
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
