This Manager role develops relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, strategic investors, and other capital providers. It supports fundraising strategy, investor communications, and organized outreach. Relevant backgrounds include investor relations, corporate finance, fundraising, venture capital, investment banking, startup ecosystem development, or strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities: Identify prospective investors and appropriate capital providers
Coordinate outreach, introductory meetings, and pitch presentations
Maintain investor pipeline records and follow-ups




Prepare materials for investor due diligence
Support fundraising strategy and investor communications
Requirements: Relevant experience in investor relations or corporate finance
Strong financial communication and presentation skills
Research, confidentiality, and relationship-management skills
Familiarity with equity financing and PROTECTED instruments advantageous
Familiarity with due diligence and investor data rooms advantageous
Apply investor relations, fundraising, research, and financial communication expertise while reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
