The Director of Finance ensures accounting integrity and accurate Marmon Standard Practice Instruction compliant financial statements. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Controller, this leader manages the accounting department and four direct reports. The position advances data based decision making through cross functional collaboration and financial knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP compliant financial statements
Manage parent company reporting requirements through OneStream
Maintain Marmon instructions, SOX controls, and FCPA compliance
Support quarterly, annual,



and statutory tax filings
Implement finance processes that improve efficiency and innovation
Requirements: CPA designation required
Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Epicor or similar ERP experience
Knowledge of automated accounting reporting systems
Self motivated, organized, and detail oriented approach
Apply accounting governance, corporate reporting, and process improvement expertise while leading Enersul’s finance function in Calgary.
