PCL Constructors Canada Inc. is hiring a Superintendent to oversee field execution and project coordination. This position calls for progressive supervision experience, construction knowledge, scheduling capability, and effective communication with trades and stakeholders. The Superintendent develops plans, monitors work, and supports compliance with safety, quality, budget, and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Plan complete projects, critical paths, resources, and construction schedules
Direct field teams, trades, and own forces work
Ensure construction complies with drawings, specifications, and project plans




Review contracts and subcontracts to identify and mitigate risks
Monitor productivity, costs, forecasts, profitability, and documentation
Requirements: Related journeyman certificate, undergraduate degree, or engineering degree
Progressive field supervision experience, preferably five years
Ability to apply basic engineering principles within construction plans
Experience with takeoffs, productivity rates, and Labor Cost Reports
Knowledge of safety, environmental legislation, and construction procedures
Use site supervision, project planning, contract, and safety expertise to coordinate PCL construction work across Oakville and Toronto.
