This manager leads Firmware SDK development within a Software team. The work includes SDK strategy, embedded Linux, Azure DevOps, architecture documentation, and Agile delivery. You will guide development practices, support product processes, and help deliver quality software through iterations.
Key Responsibilities: Establish SDK strategy with the Software team
Coordinate schedules and budgets for development activities
Lead Agile iterations and define progress metrics
Maintain architecture and design documentation
Mentor the firmware team through coaching and goals
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
At least 10 years in software development environments
Two leadership years or five senior developer or architect years
Proficiency in C or C++ development tools
Experience with cross-platform APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
