Lead major building projects at Graham as a Project Manager, using construction leadership, financial controls, and HSEQ expertise onsite. This is an onsite position.
Supporting Graham’s Buildings division, you will manage projects or portfolios with annual revenues up to $100M. You will oversee planning, pre-construction, execution, financial management, close-out, HSE, and quality. The role includes mentoring junior team members and managing direct reports while delivering projects with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from planning through final handover
Control budgets, forecasts, costs, schedules, and project risks
Manage contract changes, negotiations, pricing, and execution
Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers




Own project-specific safety plans and quality processes
Requirements: Minimum five years of direct project management experience
Seven-plus years for senior construction project management roles
Technical trade certificate with extensive field experience
Engineering degree or technical diploma preferred
Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and financial controls
Bring construction leadership, risk management, and HSEQ skills to Graham’s Buildings projects, from estimate through close-out and handover.
