Lead project controls for WSP across Canada, using cost management and Earned Value Management to strengthen complex program performance.
As a Lead Project Controller, you will guide controls across engineering, procurement, and construction programs. The work covers budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, change control, risk, and performance reporting. You will translate project data into insights throughout the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Lead controls across complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects
Manage budgets, forecasts, variances, trends, and corrective actions
Apply Earned Value Management and project controls methodologies
Integrate lifecycle information for explicit performance visibility




Lead change control and evaluate commercial impacts
Requirements: 10–15 years of progressive project controls experience
Experience leading controls on major engineering and construction projects
Advanced budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and EVM expertise
University degree in engineering, finance, project management, or related discipline
Knowledge of AACE International and PMI frameworks is an asset
Bring lifecycle leadership, commercial awareness, and integrated cost, schedule, and performance management expertise to WSP projects.
