Commercial analysis and competitive pricing anchor this full time, permanent Estimator position at ATCO Structures’ Calgary office. Support bids from planning through negotiation.
This Estimator develops commercially sound estimates for workforce accommodation and camp services. You will prepare pricing structures covering fixed costs, variable costs, resident-day rates, lump sums, reimbursables, and cost-plus models. Collaboration spans Operations, Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain, Proposals, Finance, Commercial, Indigenous Relations, and Structures.
Key Responsibilities: Lead pricing activities from ROM estimates through firm submissions
Develop pricing schedules and commercial exhibits for pursuits
Prepare recommendations and analysis for leadership and bid reviews




Coordinate integrated pricing across assets and Camp Services
Document assumptions, qualifications, exclusions, and pricing risks
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience preferred
Two to four years in estimating or commercial analysis
Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise
Understanding of fixed and variable cost structures
Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs
Bring commercial judgment, proposal experience, and financial modelling skills to ATCO Structures’ workforce accommodation pricing pursuits.
