Lead external reporting, financial close, and treasury as Controller supporting senior stakeholders, government agencies, and the Board of Directors. Oversee Yardi controls and finance operations.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Business Solutions, you will lead finance professionals and maintain accurate financial results. The work covers nonprofit accounting, audited statements, compliance agreements, government filings, and operational reporting. You will also support property and capital project reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Lead finance team performance management and goal setting
Prepare quarterly and annual stakeholder reporting
Present monthly financial results to leadership
Lead month end close, analysis, and audit timelines




Manage government filings, treasury, and compliance submissions
Requirements: Chartered Qualified Accounting designation
Ten years post designation experience, including five leading teams
Nonprofit and registered charity accounting knowledge
Financial reporting, treasury, audit, and external stakeholder experience
Advanced Excel modelling and Yardi or ERP experience
Apply financial leadership, reporting expertise, treasury knowledge, and Yardi experience to strengthen accurate organizational financial management.
