This Staff Electrical Engineer position serves as a technical lead on projects for power generation and industrial facilities. You will develop design packages, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support modernization, reliability, and long-term infrastructure operation. Work includes protection and control, electrical distribution, and construction deliverables.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary teams as technical specialist or project engineer
Develop electrical design packages for power generation facilities
Prepare diagrams, schematics, calculations, schedules, and studies




Specify equipment and prepare bills of materials
Coordinate clients, stakeholders, and construction teams
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of electrical engineering experience
Power generation, industrial, utility, or infrastructure background
Experience with power system studies and design calculations
Knowledge of distribution, protection, control, and analysis
Apply electrical engineering leadership, ETAP studies, and design expertise to critical power generation projects across the Greater Toronto Area.
