IKO Industries Ltd. needs an ERP Business Analyst with at least five years of recent Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience. The role supports e-Emphasys ERP solutions through requirements gathering, process analysis, functional design, configuration validation, testing, migration, training, and production support. Experience across Finance and Supply Chain is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: Gather requirements from Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, and Operations
Analyze Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes
Configure and validate Finance and Supply Chain functionality
Lead testing,



defect resolution, migration, cutover, and hypercare
Support integrations, reporting, master data, and production incidents
Requirements: Minimum five years of relevant ERP Business Analyst experience
Two end-to-end ERP implementation projects as a core member
Finance and Supply Chain implementation and production-support experience
Knowledge of integrations, APIs, OData, Power BI, and Power Platform
Fluent written and spoken English; able to travel to USA
