As an Intermediate Municipal Hydraulic Design Engineer, you will contribute to urban hydraulics projects through hydrologic analysis, hydraulic modelling, and design. The work includes sewer networks, conveyance systems, hydraulic structures, and storage components. You will prepare technical deliverables while collaborating across disciplines and supporting clients.
Key Responsibilities: Perform analysis and design independently or with limited supervision
Complete hydrologic analyses for development design flows
Model sanitary and land drainage sewer systems
Design hydraulic structures, pump stations, forcemains, and storage systems




Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and proposal packages
Requirements: Minimum four years of relevant water resources experience
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related specialization
Experience with urban and rural wastewater and drainage systems
Proficiency with numerical modelling programs and Microsoft Excel
Registration or eligibility as a Qualified Engineer required
Develop municipal hydraulic solutions through modelling, analysis, design, and technical communication at KGS Group across Canada.
