Lead DevSecOps practice development in Victoria, connecting cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and CI/CD pipelines across BCI’s Technology department.
Reporting to the Director, Application Delivery, the Manager leads technical practice transformation and solution process improvement. This position guides development, operations, and cyber security collaboration while introducing methodologies, tools, and automation. It also supports digital transformation across BCI’s technology capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the DevSecOps roadmap and technical practice
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps tools
Manage technical teams, vendors, and service delivery
Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization




Maintain workload automation and MuleSoft integrations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or computer science
Five to seven years leading technical teams
Three-plus years leading DevSecOps or process transformation
Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure-as-code, and cybersecurity practices
Robust communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Bring DevSecOps leadership, CI/CD expertise, and integration knowledge to strengthen reliable technology delivery for BCI.
