Contribute to Client's System by ensuring monthly maintenance releases and patches meet stringent quality and performance expectations. The scope spans QA strategy, verification and validation, SLA validation automation, data analysis, vendor design validation, and performance traceability across fare devices and POS subsystems. The role supports 2027 operating projects.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

3+ years in public transportation firms

5+ years in Verification and Validation on large enterprise projects based on non-functional requirements and customer data migration from legacy systems

5+ years in Data analysis for multi-layer architectural applications and complex systems

University degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or equivalent

Nice to Have

Ability to design and develop service failure prediction methodologies and device availability reports

Interface validation through automated data file parsing and analysis using Perl or Shell scripting

Certified CSTE/CSQA

Responsibilities

Design and develop Use Cases and Test Scenarios, and plan required environment readiness

Develop and execute Business Test Strategy and Test Plans

Build SLA validation through automation of real-time data collection, analysis, monitoring, and auditing

Review Business and User Story Requirements, perform Impact Analysis, and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix

Conduct Environmental, Safety, and Accessibility Assessments

Review vendor product, functional, interface, and integration testing procedures

Design and develop device availability and performance reports, including service failure prediction analytics
