Key Responsibilities: Plan and evaluate plant administrative and production operations
Develop procedures for materials, labor, and equipment use
Coordinate production, quality, and safety inspection reporting




Schedule machine and equipment maintenance activities
Supervise employee training through the management team
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
Five years supervisory or managerial experience required
Mechanical or industrial engineering experience required
Knowledge of stamping and forming equipment preferred
ISO 9001 experience is an advantage
