Lead hotel operations and guest service at DoubleTree by Hilton St. John’s Harbourview in person, using hospitality leadership and operational expertise.
This Hotel Operations Manager role supports daily leadership and overall hotel performance in St. John’s. Work with the General Manager and department leaders across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other operational areas. Develop teams, monitor guest satisfaction, and support financial performance while maintaining Hilton brand standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations across departments
Resolve escalated guest concerns professionally
Monitor feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores
Lead, coach, and develop hotel team members
Support budgeting,



forecasting, and financial reporting
Requirements: Previous hotel operations or hospitality management experience
Strong front office and housekeeping understanding
Demonstrated team leadership and coaching ability
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility for diverse shifts, weekends, and holidays
