The Marketing Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for ANU Sport’s marketing function. You will develop annual plans, coordinate organisation-wide priorities, and guide two Marketing Coordinators. The role connects campaign execution, stakeholder collaboration, communications, events, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and review integrated marketing, events, and communications strategies
Lead annual planning, campaign calendars, channels, resources, budgets, and targets
Oversee campaigns, events, communications approvals, and digital reporting
Build brand capability through guidance, briefing, and quality assurance




Monitor engagement, conversions, brand measures, and budget performance
Requirements: Experience implementing marketing strategies, annual plans, and integrated campaigns
Experience leading employees or specialist contributors
Solid brand management and campaign management knowledge
Excellent communication, organisational, project management, and judgement skills
Experience developing digital campaigns and meaningful marketing measures
Bring strategic thinking, campaign leadership, brand stewardship, and performance insight to ANU Sport’s marketing function.
