This temporary full-time Manager, Marketing Operations supports the Integrated Marketing team within Donor Engagement and Corporate Reputation. You will manage workflow administration, implementation cut-over, user training, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role supports brand growth, donor expansion, and donor loyalty through integrated marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities: Administer Monday.com workflows from intake through project closeout
Support go-live, training, cut-over, and post-launch stabilization
Coordinate work intake, priorities, progress, and operational issues
Monitor timelines, dependencies, capacity,



risks, and project status
Drive governance, reporting, adoption, and workflow improvements
Requirements: University degree or equivalent business, marketing, or communications experience
Five-plus years of marketing operations experience
Three-plus years leading marketing operations teams
Project management experience or certification
Hands-on Monday.com or comparable platform experience
