This national leadership role focuses on relationships influencing patient care beyond prescribers. You will engage private and public payers, preferred pharmacy networks, benefit consultants, specialty pharmacies, and retail chains. You will also align pharmacy strategies with hospital, sales, market access, marketing, and patient support program leads.
Key Responsibilities: Assess customer needs and market dynamics for strategic opportunities
Develop pharmacy engagement plans supporting national business objectives
Monitor sales performance, trends, and customer feedback
Represent Celltrion HC at conferences,



advisory boards, and meetings
Contribute to annual brand planning for current and future products
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
Robust market access understanding across Canadian regions
Experience selling pharmaceuticals to specialty pharmacies
Critical experience collaborating with patient support programs
Undergraduate degree in business or science required
Apply market access strategy, payer understanding, and partnership development to expand distribution and support Celltrion product access.
