Lead treasury and business intelligence at Avana, using financial modeling and risk analysis in an in office Monday-to-Friday schedule.
As Director, Treasury & Business Intelligence, you will establish strategy and standards across treasury, planning, investment analysis, and reporting. You will advise executive leadership on liquidity, financing, capital allocation, portfolio performance, and enterprise risk. The role leads the Manager, Finance and assigned team members.
Key Responsibilities: Establish treasury, liquidity, reserve, and capital deployment frameworks
Lead financing, refinancing, construction lending, and borrowing decisions
Approve forecasts, scenario planning, and stress-testing methodologies
Set business intelligence, KPI, reporting, and data governance standards
Present investment, financing, performance,



and risk recommendations
Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ progressive treasury or corporate finance experience
Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, business, or economics
Advanced financial modeling, reporting platform, and data tool capability
Knowledge of real estate finance, debt structuring, and CMHC requirements
Experience leading people, financing initiatives, and executive recommendations
Bring treasury leadership, business intelligence, and real estate finance expertise to Avana’s executive decision-making and sustainable growth.
