You will lead projects from inception through completion, including assessment, design, tendering, construction review, and contract administration. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from inception through completion
Assess existing structures and moisture protection systems
Author condition assessment reports and repair recommendations




Design concrete rehabilitation and moisture protection repairs
Monitor construction quality, budgets, timelines, and deficiencies
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architectural science
