This senior leadership position guides operations, financial health, and programming aligned with the Gallery’s Strategic Plan. You will translate the 2026–2029 plan into operational priorities and metrics. The role supports exhibitions, partnerships, governance, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities: Execute strategic plans through actionable priorities and performance metrics
Oversee operating budgets, resource allocation, and financial sustainability
Lead diversified fundraising and institutional funding strategies
Represent the gallery publicly across regional communities




Partner with the Board on priorities and governance standards
Requirements: Five to seven years of progressive senior leadership experience
Experience in cultural, charitable, museum, or gallery organizations
University degree or related equivalent skilled experience
Success building nonprofit budgets and securing institutional funding
Exceptional communication with diverse audiences and community groups
