Shape safer AMA Marketplace and AMA Community experiences as a hybrid Manager using trust frameworks, dispute resolution, and operational analytics.
Reporting to the Director, Marketplace Exchange, you will lead standards, processes, and tools supporting provider onboarding, platform integrity, member safety, and compliance. This recent position offers responsibility for trust and safety operations as AMA platforms grow. You will work across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Community teams.
Key Responsibilities: Define AMA Marketplace provider eligibility and compliance standards
Complete vetting reviews and monitor active provider compliance
Manage disputes, incidents, escalations, and documented outcomes




Track trust and safety metrics through dashboards and reporting
Configure AI-assisted workflows for screening and case management
Requirements: Post-secondary education in business, operations, compliance, or related field
Experience managing policy frameworks or compliance programs
Experience designing complaint-resolution processes
Digital community moderation experience is an asset
Marketplace or platform experience is an asset
Bring policy design, dispute resolution, analytics, and AI-assisted workflow experience to AMA’s growing trust operations.
