As part of RBC’s Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage team, you will advise complex corporate clients on cash management solutions. You will manage onboarding, activation, adoption, revenue growth, and relationship development. The role requires commercial or corporate banking sales experience, product knowledge, and robust communication.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships and grow revenue across complex corporate client portfolios
Manage end-to-end onboarding, activation, and adoption of digital solutions
Coordinate client contact strategies and annual relationship reviews




Provide advice on emerging business issues and tailored solutions
Present benefits, explain alternatives, and refer broader advice needs
Requirements: Five or more years of commercial or corporate banking sales experience
Strong cash management product and industry trend knowledge
Client advice, sales, and relationship management experience
Project management, organization, and time management skills
Strong written, verbal, and MS Office skills
Use cash management, relationship management, and business development expertise to support RBC clients throughout Southwestern Ontario.
