As Director, Learning and Development, you will guide organizational learning strategy and strengthen employee and leadership capabilities. You will create multi-year roadmaps, address capability gaps, and develop learning solutions aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Develop multi-year learning roadmaps and capability frameworks
Identify capability gaps and lead learning initiatives
Advance learning technology and AI strategy
Oversee LMS, instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs




Lead, coach, and develop the Learning team
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
8+ years of progressive Learning and Development experience
Experience developing organizational learning strategies and programs
Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles
Solid business acumen, communication, and influencing skills
Lead MOVATI Athletic’s learning strategy through capability development, AI-enabled innovation, and strong leadership development expertise.
