This experienced CC&B; Test Lead oversees end-to-end testing for enterprise utility applications and related integrations. The focus includes EDI processes, defect triage, root-cause analysis, test reporting, and team coordination. Experience with Tosca or Selenium is preferred for automation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the testing team across CC&B; projects
Validate CC&B; EDI processes and related integrations
Identify, prioritize, track, and resolve testing defects
Lead defect triage meetings and root-cause analysis
Coordinate internal, offshore, and third-party testing teams
Requirements: Experience leading CC&B; or utility-based project testing
Expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing
Experience with EDI, functional, and integration testing
Knowledge of JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools
Test team leadership and coordination experience
Use CC&B; EDI, defect management, and testing leadership skills to coordinate quality delivery at Tata Consultancy Services.
