Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and communications
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Coordinate stakeholders, developers, technical teams, and ITAM resources
Coordinate testing, UAT, change management, and readiness activities




Requirements: Five-plus years in IT project management or business analysis
Previous ServiceNow HAM and SAM implementation experience
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITAM capabilities and CMDB relationships
Experience managing technology projects through deployment
Robust planning, stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
