As Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee treatment, distribution, and collection systems while supporting capital expansion programs. The role provides operational input to engineering and design plans, ensures legislative compliance, and advises management and clients. You will also lead maintenance strategies, technical solutions, contracts, and operational responses.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee efficient and secure treatment, distribution, and collection systems
Supervise capital expansion programs for treatment facilities
Provide operational input to engineering and design plans




Ensure compliance with legislation and management systems
Negotiate contracts and advise regional clients
Requirements: Certification or licensing in WT, WWT, WD, and WWC
Ability to serve as Overall Responsible Operator
Availability after regular hours for operational emergencies
Valid driver's license
Post-secondary education in environment, management, or skilled trades
Apply water treatment leadership, compliance knowledge, and operational judgment to support OCWA facilities and communities across Ontario.
