Lead innovation across Financial Advisory Services with AI, automation, and analytics expertise at MNP, helping shape next-generation client solutions.
As an Innovation Leader, you will guide initiatives from ideation through implementation with Financial Advisory Services leaders. You will facilitate collaboration across change enablement, technology development, data engineering, and AI/ML teams. The work focuses on evaluating, prioritizing, designing, and executing products and services that enhance MNP’s client delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Lead innovation initiatives from ideation through implementation
Operate and improve the governed innovation pipeline
Identify transformation opportunities using AI, automation, and analytics
Assess business cases, risks, readiness, and value logic




Act as functional product owner for emerging capabilities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
At least seven years of progressive relevant experience
Familiarity with design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies
Experience prototyping, piloting, and scaling recent solutions
Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
Bring innovation leadership, emerging technology knowledge, and cross-functional facilitation to MNP’s Financial Advisory Services team.
