Magna is seeking an experienced HR Systems Program Manager to lead end-to-end Workday and Dayforce initiatives, managing scope, budget and governance. You will align global stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver complex HR technology programs and ensure successful deployment and stabilization.
You will establish plans, monitor risks, drive testing and manage financials, while maintaining transparent reporting and governance across time zones.
