Canadian Addiction Treatment Centres (CATC) seeks a Director of Admissions & Referent Relations to lead the inbound call centre and referral management, driving patient access and growth. You will oversee admissions and referent teams, ensure productive intake, and optimize the pipeline using Salesforce and data analytics.
Hybrid work in Markham, Ontario, with 20–40% travel. Bachelor’s degree and 8–10+ years of leadership in healthcare are required; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
