The position emphasizes piping takeoffs, material takeoffs, project specifications, and current market pricing. You will help align costs with labor productivity and execution strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Price piping quantities from MTOs and project specifications
Review drawings, models, and material lists for takeoffs
Reflect market pricing and labor productivity in estimates
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and planning
Improve estimating tools,



templates, and processes continuously
Requirements: Four to ten years estimating or piping construction experience
Experience with piping materials and installation practices
Familiarity with EPC project environments is an asset
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to meet deadlines and work required overtime
Use detailed piping pricing, constructability awareness, and project planning skills to strengthen Kiewit estimates and bid preparation.
