As Maintenance Manager, you oversee plant maintenance and coordinate activities supporting consistent production results. You participate in operational planning, staff and safety meetings, departmental training, and communication with Engineering. The position also selects, trains, and develops shift personnel while meeting vendors and plant visitors.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in plant operational planning meetings
Conduct departmental meetings and needs-based training
Coordinate with Engineering on machinery and system improvements

Meet with vendors and plant visitors
Requirements: Five years’ manufacturing maintenance supervision or management preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
Ability to maintain punctual, predictable attendance
Ability to work independently and complete assignments
Ability to collaborate and contribute to group objectives
Use maintenance leadership, operational planning, and personnel development skills to support Graham Packaging production in Mississauga.
