This full-time Director will influence enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, and pension strategy while strengthening AgeCare’s employee value proposition. The role partners with executive leadership, Labour Relations, Operations, and other stakeholders. It connects market insights, workforce data, and financial scenarios with actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Translate business priorities into competitive total rewards programs
Monitor market trends, legislation, and regulatory requirements
Analyze program costs, performance, and workforce data
Guide complex compensation, benefits, and retirement matters




Manage vendors and stakeholder relationships for service excellence
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience
Compensation and group benefits expertise
Strong data analysis, reporting, and trend identification skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Current criminal record check or willingness to obtain one
Use market intelligence, financial modelling, and total rewards leadership to support AgeCare’s workforce strategy and collective bargaining priorities.
