Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end order management and fulfilment workflows
Lead technical architecture for ServiceNow OMT implementations
Provide guidance throughout implementation and delivery

Requirements: Proven hands-on ServiceNow OMT implementation experience
Experience with complex order management projects
