As Director of Research, you will guide Canadian research activities while collaborating with research leaders, colleagues across offices, and senior management. The full-time, hybrid position is based at Glass Lewis’s downtown Toronto office, with regular attendance three times weekly. Your work spans research initiatives, methodologies, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and department-level priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Translate strategic priorities into actionable research initiatives
Strengthen processes, publications, and research methodologies
Serve as senior escalation point for Canadian research




Communicate company policies and guidelines consistently
Collaborate across offices and departments on governance activities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with seven years of comparable experience
Two years of experience in a senior position
Demonstrated mentoring and coaching ability
Strong time management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to communicate complex governance issues clearly
Bring strategic research leadership, corporate governance knowledge, and communication skills to Glass Lewis’s Canadian team.
