As Manager, Business Management, you will lead portfolio-level planning, prioritization, business casing, financial management, and reporting. This individual-contributor role supports Canadian Commercial Banking Portfolio Management & Governance. You will integrate inputs from Business, Finance, Technology, Delivery, PMT, and enterprise partners to strengthen investment decisions and expected outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Integrate priorities, demand, capacity, finances, risks, dependencies, and commitments
Develop analyses supporting sequencing, funding, and investment trade-offs
Monitor approved investments against costs, benefits, timing, and scope




Coordinate portfolio reviews, approvals, actions, and escalations
Produce executive reporting, insights, and recommendations
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or relevant professional business experience
Typically seven or more years of relevant experience
Experience in portfolio management, business casing, or governance
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and variance-management capability
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
