As Senior Maintenance Scheduler, you lead Coastal Scheduling activities for Waterfront Maintenance packages and Fiscal Year schedules. The position coordinates with Ship Maintenance Leads, Team Leads, FMF, subcontractors, and project partners. You validate maintenance scope, synchronize schedule data, and support accurate reporting across systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily Coastal Scheduling team activities
Develop integrated schedules for upcoming Work Periods
Identify critical paths and deconflict competing resources
Maintain dashboards and operational schedule reports




Coach team members on consistent scheduling practices
Requirements: At least five years planning multi-disciplined maintenance schedules
Working knowledge of Maximo, DRMIS, or Sir Joseph Isherwoods MIS
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 scheduling experience preferred
Relevant technical diploma, degree, or technician certification
Apply project planning, maintenance scheduling, systems synchronization, and performance analysis to support Thales maritime programs in Halifax.
