Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
Manage intake, approvals, execution, renewals, and amendments
Partner with legal and business teams on contractual risks
Support templates, playbooks, workflows,



and contracting procedures
Track obligations, renewals, key terms, and contract data
Requirements: Five or more years in contract or commercial contracting
Experience negotiating agreements throughout the contract lifecycle
Cross-functional experience with legal and business stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities
Experience with CLM or contract management systems
