This Senior Sales Manager role makes you accountable for every person on the Toronto team and their performance. You will learn each employee’s strengths, gaps, goals, and motivations, then create transparent development plans. You will personally onboard new hires, manage ramp benchmarks, and improve training after every cohort. Working with the Montreal Sales Leader, you will build Vault University, shared playbooks, and documented coaching standards. You will also handle hiring, performance improvement plans, reviews, and escalation of personnel challenges. The position requires a polished communicator who combines empathy with high standards.
Key Responsibilities:



Assess team capabilities and set individual performance plans
Personally onboard hires through full productivity
Coach through role-play, calls, and individual sessions
Deliver Vault University training across Toronto
Run reviews and structured improvement plans
Requirements: Five-plus years leading sales teams
Experience creating repeatable onboarding and coaching programs
Proven ability to build trust and raise standards
