Lead complex electrical equipment procurement for capital projects, using sourcing, negotiation, and analysis in a typical office workplace with minimal travel.
As a contractor, the Project Buyer IV oversees procurement supporting a large electrical program and capital expansion portfolio. You will partner with Project teams, Supply Chain Management Business Partners, and Category Managers. The work covers complex, long-lead, high-value equipment and services contracts, from competitive bids through purchase order issuance. You will help secure market capacity for project in-service dates while maintaining governance compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Source complex electrical equipment and services contracts
Develop and execute RFx solicitation and evaluation processes
Lead clarifications, negotiations, and contract execution
Plan,



forecast, report, and communicate Supply Chain activities
Coordinate risk mitigation and governance compliance
Requirements: University degree in business, supply chain, or related field
Minimum seven years of related Supply Chain Management experience
Experience purchasing electrical equipment for large energy projects
Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts
Oracle R12 or Cloud experience creating purchase orders
Apply procurement expertise, electrical equipment sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management to support major capital project deliverables.
